JMW (Juken Machine Works) was established to supply small size molding machines for Juken Group Companies. These machines are optimized to produce precision micro plastic parts. They are capable of unscrewing molding, metal insertion molding and even PlaMag molding. JMW is also providing variations of peripherals and custom built service for full automatic production. JFT (Juken Fine Tool Co., Ltd) had started as a mold making section of Juken Kogyo to supply optimized tools for micro molding. Its Juken original mold base is fully designed to meet all requirements of precision plastic molding. Design began from ingot of the material. Therefore, the mold base is guaranteed for amazing 2,000,000 shots minimum.

All models are standardized to perfectly fit to our JMW molding machines.
